We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic female Sales Representatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for marketing and promoting our products within the community, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and Promote Products: Actively market and promote Elliom Bakery’s products within the community, including bread and future pastry offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including ingredients, production processes, and unique selling points.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve products and services.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community events and activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications.

Personal Attributes:

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to maintaining high standards.

Location Requirement:

  • Candidates must reside in Benin City, its environs, or be willing to relocate.
