Responsibilties

• Help customers get instant smartphone loans through our app
• Onboard & verify users (KYC), set up repayment plans
• Work directly with phone retailers to boost sales
• Follow up on repayments and defaults, also resolve field issues
• Educate customers and submit simple daily reports.
