We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients for crypto and forex trading services
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Educate prospective clients on company products, trading platforms, and market opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Fintech company or brokerage firm
  • Strong understanding of crypto and forex markets
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with strong closing ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
  • Monthly Performance-Based Incentives: Up to N250,000
  • Transportation Subsidy: N3,000 daily
