Summary

• Acabado Products International Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Onitsha, Anambra State.
• In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and presenting our high-quality product portfolio to achieve target sales volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Prospecting: Identify, contact, and onboard new retail, wholesale, and distributor accounts within Onitsha and surrounding regions.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat orders and secure long-term brand loyalty.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue and volume targets set by management.
• Product Demonstrations: Present product lines effectively to potential customers, highlighting key benefits, competitive advantages, and pricing structures.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and report field feedback regarding market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to the sales management team.
• Account & Pipeline Tracking: Keep accurate records of daily sales activities, customer contacts, orders, and payment collection schedules.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or business development (experience in fast-moving consumer goods or distribution is an advantage).
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasive, pitching, and objection-handling abilities.
• Territory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the commercial landscape and trade channels in Onitsha and Anambra State.
• Self-Motivation & Resilience: Highly goal-oriented with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
