Job Title: Sales and Recruitment Manager

Job Description 

• Lead the management of CRM recruitment campaigns and work closely with a team of student recruitment specialists to achieve enrolment numbers.
• Work in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned by Management to ensure targets set in strategies, plans and campaigns are met in terms of leads, applications, unconditional offer, deposits and enrolments.
• Creating and leading recruitment activity to generate business and identify new recruitment markets and channels, ensuring continual development of new business and sustainability of existing channels.
• Understand market trends and proactively identify challenges and opportunities that may aid marketing efforts
• Develop and sustain business relationships with external partners including school counsellors and feeder institution
• Plan and Co-ordinate recruitment activities, fairs and events through the development and execution of an integrated plan with associated targets and KPIs.
