Job Title: Sales Promoter

Job Summary

• The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting company products, increasing product awareness, and driving sales at assigned market locations.
• The role requires active customer engagement, proper product display, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to customers at assigned market locations.
• Actively engage customers and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Encourage customers to purchase products and help increase daily sales.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and visible to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the product display area.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when products are low.
• Provide feedback from customers to the Field Sales Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports.
• Build good relationships with customers and retailers in the market.
• Follow company sales policies and promotional guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE / OND.
• Previous experience in sales or product promotion is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince customers and meet sales targets.
• Must be hardworking, responsible, and customer-focused.

Salary
N84,000 – N100,000 per month.
