Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes and support the Commercial team.
• The ideal candidate will oversee sales performance, reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and team coordination skills.

Minimum Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance, targets, and KPIs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Optimize sales processes and operational workflows.
• Manage sales data, CRM records, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with sales teams and other departments.
• Monitor inventory, orders, and sales documentation.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years’ relevant sales operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
