Job Title: Sales Operation Officer

Job Summary

• The Sales Operations Officer supports the setup, maintenance, and daily performance of the Distributor Management System (DMS).
• The role ensures accurate data reporting, smooth system usage by distributors, and proper integration with SFA/ERP tools to drive efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support DMS setup, configuration, and user access.
• Ensure timely upload and reconciliation of sales, stock, and purchase data.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Update routes, beats, and sales staff mapping on DMS/SFA.
• Monitor geo-fencing and field staff compliance.
• Train sales teams on DMS/SFA usage and reporting.
• Work with IT and Sales teams to resolve system issues and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations, MIS, or DMS/SFA management.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
