About the Role

• We are seeking two (2) dynamic and results-driven Sales Officers to join our team in Abuja.
• The ideal candidates will have experience in plywood, building materials, or construction industries and will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Promote and sell plywood, doors, and other building materials to customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate deals to close sales successfully.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to management.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• OND/HND in marketing or a relevant field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in plywood, building materials, or construction.
• Basic computer skills – proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly (depending on experience)
