Job Title: Sales & Marketing Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and support the execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales-related projects, events, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the Social Media Managers, Content Creator, and other relevant teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Previous supervisory/team-lead experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Must be proactive, organised, target-driven, and able to work independently.
