Realstar Nigeria Limited is a consultancy firm with interest in Manufacturing Representation. The company was established specifically to engage in importation and supply of lubricants additive and laboratory equipment to lubricant blending plants in Nigeria to ensure smooth, good and high quality blending of lubricants in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative (Lubricant Additive)

Location: Oshodi – Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: The Managing Director

Purpose

  • At Realstar Nig. Limited, we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes.
  • To help maintain and grow this standard, we need an experienced salesperson for the purpose of increasing sales through developing new business relationships to ensure growth in revenue and profitability for the company.
  • This role will help to grow and expand the company brand in the Lubricant Additive Supply sector by ensuring that volume revenue and margin targets are consistently met.
  • The ideal candidate for this role must have experience in lubricant additive or automobile oil sales in Nigeria and preferably the desired territory.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source for dealers for the lubricants additive products and sales in the required territory.
  • Responsible to build awareness, market acceptability and demand for the products.
  • Achieve sales volume revenue and margin targets on a monthly basis.
  • To analyze market demand, gather competitor’s information and prepare analysis report.
  • Explain product range and product benefit to channel partners and end user.
  • Ensure adherence to laid down Marketing and Sales systems processes, procedures and policies; make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
  • Produce / provide periodic updates and management reports on a weekly basis.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Work with the management team to manage customer’s order, complaints and enquiries.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Any other job as may be assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Educational Standard: HND / BSc. In Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Applied Chemistry and any other relevant field.
  • Professional Certification is an added advantage.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

  • 1-3 years post qualification experience in sales preferably in Lubricants or automobile parts.
  • Not more than 35years of age.
  • Must be familiar with the business terrain.
  • Strong vocal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and understand industry trend.
  • Excellent ability to maintain organizational control and customer retention service.
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary
N3,000,000 – N3,600,000 Annually.
