Job Title: Sales / Marketing Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Our client is looking for a vibrant, smart, and creative individual to work with. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for advertising and selling properties, tasked with growing the customer base by generating leads, consulting clients on market conditions, creating a list of real estate properties, presenting purchase offers, and developing competitive market prices.

Job Description

  • Coordinate sales efforts with a marketing program and create new leads.
  • Communicate and handle meetings with prospective clients and companies.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the property.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Assist in the development of pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Acts as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently been sold, to determine its competitive market price.
  • Coordinate property closing, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listings.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, presentations /proposal power points, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field
  • Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical and creative thinking.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Good Knowledge about real estate and local property.
  • Real Estate Market Analysis.
  • Exceeding sales goals/target
  • Brilliant prospecting and negotiating skills.

Remuneration
N80,000.00+ 10% commission on sales from N1million and above.
