Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• As a Sales & Marketing Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our growth—building strong client relationships, expanding our brand presence, and driving sales.
• This is a target-driven role where creativity meets strategy, and high performance is rewarded.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Driving property sales by engaging prospects and closing deals
• Generating and nurturing leads through smart follow-up and relationship building
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional)
• Researching market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities
• Managing social media platforms and producing engaging content
• Organizing property tours, exhibitions, and promotional events

Requirements
What You Bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven ability to deliver results—real estate experience is a big plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and lead-generation strategies
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with genuine passion for sales
