Job Title: Sales / Marketing Officer

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking to employ an exceptional Sales/Marketing Officer, who is sales-driven and customer-oriented to oversee and determine the most effective solutions to increase the company sales.
  • As a Sales/Marketing officer you are to monitor market trends, create advertising campaigns, develop marketing strategies and also ensure the company’s weekly & monthly sales projection are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Research and analyse data to identify and define audiences.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns on all social media platform.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Attend networking/business seminars to raise brand awareness.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients to increase sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled client appointments and complaints.
  • Educate prospective customers on the services rendered by the company.
  • Inform product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that the company products meet current market needs.
  • Digital Marketing.
  • Lead the development and preparation of RFP, Pre-Qualification and formal presentation
  • Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed.
  • Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, customer news and development.
  • Analyse competitor’s products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls and market success.
  • Ensure the company’s weekly and monthly sales projections are met.
  • Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal”.

Applicant must be able to:

  • Increase Sales.
  • Have a wide range of Network (Connection).
  • Organise Sales Visit.
  • Increase Productivity.
  • Work with Target.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any related field.
  • 3-4 years of experiences in Marketing/Sales.
  • Must reside in Abuja, Nigeria.
  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation and sales skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Sound knowledge of marketing/sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations.
  • Expert in Time Management.
  • Organized work ethics.
  • Sales-driven attitude.
  • Ability to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales target.
