Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Description 

• As a Sales and Marketing intern, you will be working closely with our Sales and
• Marketing Team to develop and implement sales & marketing plans and strategies for our brands alongside delivering excellent customer service to our clients.
• To succeed in this role, you should be willing to help with all tasks assigned to you and be very eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist the sales team during any sales and customer acquisition processes
• Perform all customer service tasks, relating to and not limited to the following:
• Manage Incoming & Outgoing Calls
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Manage customer orders, uploads, or other related assistance
• Keeping records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always.
• Develop and manage the organization’s e-commerce marketing strategy
• Experiment with and introduce newer marketing channels and tools to connect with the target audience.
• Combine the best of sales, marketing, and technology to deliver a superior customer experience.
