We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products.
• Manage and optimize social media presence, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, opportunities, and audience engagement.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate sponsors, donors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and pitch proposals to potential partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketingand branding strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing software, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
