We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Customer Consultation & Booking: Working with clients to determine travel needs (budgets, destinations, dates) and booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
• Itinerary Planning: Designing detailed, customized travel itineraries and providing expert advice on tourist attractions, local customs, and safety regulations.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Meeting sales targets, managing budgets, and maximizing profits by selling travel packages and services.
• Technical Operations: Using booking systems for ticketing, processing payments, and updating travel databases.
• Problem Resolution: Handling cancellations, last-minute changes, flight delays, and resolving customer complaints to ensure a smooth trip.
• Marketing & Administration: Assisting with promotional activities, staying updated on travel trends, and maintaining relationships with travel vendors.

Key Skills Required

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to advise clients and negotiate with vendors.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in booking and data entry to prevent travel disruptions.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
• Travel Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of popular destinations, travel regulations, and booking systems.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Per month.
