Job Title: Sales and Marketing Lead

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months

Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team and help us achieve our mission of delivering fresh, high-quality products to customers within Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth at KFL.
  • Inspire and lead a motivated team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and identify new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content and impactful campaigns that reflect KFL’s mission and values.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Lead to achieve exceptional results for KFL.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in generating leads and driving business growth.
  • A strong interest in sales and marketing, with a drive to excel in the fresh produce industry.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve problems and identify opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for business success.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
  • Availability for a 6-month contract term the potential for a long-term role.
  • Location Preference: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Surulere, Lagos, or surrounding areas for proximity to KFL’s operations.
