Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
• This role includes both digital and outdoor marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content creation
• Support sales teams with promotional materials and campaign execution
• Carry out outdoor marketing and client engagement activities
• Analyze marketing performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in construction/building materials is an advantage)
• Strong digital marketing skills (social media, content creation, analytics)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, proactive, and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
