Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute impactful campaigns.
• Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to promote the company’s products.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics and market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
