Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Study customer habits, buyer trends, and competitor actions to find new market segments.
Lead Generation: Find and qualify new prospects using outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Sales Execution: Run sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to close deals.
Campaign Planning: Partner with teams to design offline and digital marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility.
Client Retention: Maintain strong ongoing communication with current accounts to resolve issues and secure repeat business.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like conversion rates, sales data, and return on investment (ROI) to improve future strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Prior work history in sales, promotions, or account management.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for pitches and client relations.
