Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and client visits.
• Identify and engage potential clients including SMEs, corporate organisations, government agencies, and institutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve company revenue targets.
• Present company solutions and demonstrate how our technology services solve client challenges.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Marketing & Brand Growth:

• Execute marketing activities to increase awareness of Marshall Point Technologies Ltd.’s solutions.
• Promote the company’s training programmes and generate student enrolment opportunities.
• Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, seminars, networking sessions, and industry meetings.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with technical and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Reporting & Performance Management:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales performance against targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified leads generated
• New clients acquired
• Sales revenue achieved
• Successful proposal conversions
• Client relationship growth
• Training programme enrolment targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Technology Sales.
• Experience selling technology products, cybersecurity solutions, software solutions, or security solutions is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and corporate client engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
