Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Aba.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Promote Erisco Foods products and enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Aba market and its business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
