Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

• We are looking for a strategic, creative, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to champion our enrollment growth and visibility drive within futo and other university campuses around Owerri.
• Your mission is simple but powerful — to ensure steady student enrollment, high campus visibility, and make Deradelight Academy a household name for tech and digital skills training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive student enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with Course andStudent Representatives, HODs, and Lecturers across relevant departments.
• Plan and organize campus events, seminars, and bootcamps that create awareness and attract new students.
• Promote our training programs both within and outside futo Campus using creative on-ground and online marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and share promotional materials (flyers, social media content, digital campaigns).
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads to enrolled students.
• Represent Deradelight Academy in student and campus activities to strengthen brand presence.
• Gather feedback and insights from the field to improve marketing strategies and course offerings.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Creative, social, and passionate about connecting with students and building relationships.
• Strong understanding of marketing (both online and offline).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Social-media smart with a mindset to hit and exceed targets.
• Familiarity with futo and other university campuses in Owerriis a strong advantage.
