Job Summary

• Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead their commercial activities in the Northern region of Nigeria, with a primary base in Kano.
• The successful candidate must possess deep local market knowledge and the necessary language skills to build strong client relationships across the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing strategy execution to achieve regional revenue targets across Northern Nigeria.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers in the designated territory.
• Conduct proactive market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities specific to the Northern market.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
• Provide regular and comprehensive reports on market feedback, sales performance, and regional trends to management.
• Represent the company at trade shows and local business events within the region to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Fluency in the Hausa language is essential for effective communication and relationship building.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in the Textiles industry is a significant added advantage.
