Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • As a Sales Manager at Trading Partner, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensuresa strong market presence
  • Meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Promoting the company and our products.
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, especially in Construction, Energy, or Agriculture sector
  • Proven track record of meeting planned sales quotas
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
