Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities
• Manage key client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
• Ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of [5] years sales experience
• Leadership or management experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 / month.
