Job Title: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in Abuja.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Manage client relationships and oversee high-value transactions.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular management reports.
• Represent Mosaic Homes at site inspections, exhibitions, and promotional events across Abuja.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in real estate sales or sales management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet aggressive targets and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Solid knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / month
