Lvtopsun is one of the leading manufacturing company of solar products in nigeria, products like inverter, solar battery etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Sales strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve company goals.
Goal setting: Set sales targets and quotas for the team and individual members.
Performance management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching to improve results.
Forecasting and reporting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales activity and performance to senior management.
Customer and market relations: Manage key customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and stay informed on market trends and new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to align on messaging and campaigns.
Team leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a sales team.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
