Job Title: Sales Manager (Luxury Hotel)

Description

• Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to grow revenue through account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business
• Develop and manage individual account plans for top accounts
• Support sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Maintain client records and produce monthly sales reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure adherence to sales policies and SOPs
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B/Banquets, and other departments
• Deliver excellent guest service and uphold health, safety, and hotel standards
• Knowledge of the Lagos corporate market

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (any field)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in a five-star hotel
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Experience with local and international meetings & event groups
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and hospitality skills
• Strategic, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team under pressure
