Job Title: Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To identify, develop prospects, retail, corporate, Institutional & fleet buyers into Key Account
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
• Personal meeting with hot customer leads to ensure conversion in stipulated time frame
• Drafting Proposals for special requirements, key accounts, government requirements
• Execute trainings for Key customers & their operatives thru Workshop teams
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve in through feedback
• Weekly reporting of customer visits/meetings, prospects review, hot leads, price negotiation, order forecast to Line Manager on due date
• To monitor & report competition activities on monthly basis
• Responsible for justification & transparency for any/all rebate on sales deals
• Recording & reporting of data & important information related to Customers & Sales as and when demanded.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 7 years work experience.
• Prior Automobile experince is preferred but not mandatory.
• Working experience in Indutsrial Sales/ Capital Goods Sales/Institutional Sales is desirable.

Remuneration
N1,800,000 – N3,000,000 Annually.
