Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead, motivate, and train sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring that orders for bread are completed on time.
• Managing existing customer relationships, building relationships with new prospective customers, responding to all incoming leads, and meeting/ satisfying customer requests and needs.
• Develop strategic plans to deliver on sales targets to grow overall business within existing accounts and pursue business relationships with expansion customers to generate new business.
• Prospecting for new customers and accounts
• Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy that makes our bread penetrate the market and take huge market share within a short period.

Requirements

• Education: OND, HND in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience of working for a bakery or similar establishment in Agbara and Environs.
