Job Title: Sales Manager / Executive – Granite & Natural Marbles

Location: Abuja or Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager/Executive to drive sales and market expansion for our Granite & Natural Marbles product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, designers, developers, and project customers.
  • Promote and effectively communicate product features, specifications, and applications to customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
  • Coordinate sales activities with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Visit dealers, project sites, architects, and construction projects to generate business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer engagements.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to support sustainable business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant sales experience (10 years is an added advantage).
  • Proven experience in the building materials industry.
  • Strong experience in the sales of granite, natural marble, engineered stone, or related surface materials.
  • Good understanding of the Nigerian building materials market.
  • Strong product knowledge and awareness of competitor products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing dealer networks and project sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives.
