DMW Engineering is a large-scale industrial equipment and supplying enterprise specialized in Agricultural Equipment, Construction Machinery, Drilling and Mining Machines and other equipment. Incorporated on 3rd of March, 2009, it shares the philosophy of total quality and commitment with the development of those communities where it operates and maximum respect for execution terms and clients budgets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our vehicle and heavy equipment sales team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team with close follow-up and guidance.
