We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager / Customer Sales Executive

Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through proactive identification and development of new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Manage existing customer relationships while onboarding new clients across retail and distribution channels.
  • Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to achieve set revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
  • Prepare periodic sales performance reports and make actionable recommendations to management.
  • Supervise and support sales officers/representatives in their daily tasks and targets.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Represent the brand professionally at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, strategic thinker, and result-driven.
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with sales reporting tools.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
  • Willing to travel within assigned region and beyond, if required.
