Job Summary

• Lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, improve sales conversion, and maintain high standards of customer engagement and service delivery.
• The successful candidate will oversee sales performance, coach Sales Representatives, monitor customer communication across digital channels, and strengthen sales processes and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, recover missed opportunities, and improve customer retention.
• Monitor WhatsApp, Instagram, and other sales channels to ensure prompt, professional, and effective customer communication.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up and prevent missed, abandoned, or unattended sales enquiries.
• Coach and train Sales Representatives on product knowledge, objection handling, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Monitor sales records, customer allocation, and sales attribution to promote accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
• Identify performance gaps, address recurring sales-process issues, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor customer complaints and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with approved sales procedures, customer-service standards, and company policies.
• Hold regular sales meetings, track agreed actions, and provide feedback on team performance to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, sales supervision, or a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve measurable sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience managing digital sales channels, particularly WhatsApp and Instagram, is an advantage.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and performance management.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for immediate resumption.

Salary
N250,000 Net Monthly.
