Job Description

• Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent unit managers.
• Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies required to build brand visibility.
• Ensure the sales team achievesand surpasses its target.
• Utilize a consultative approach to convert potential leads to satisfied clients.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees
• Minimum of 5 years experience is Property marketing/Agency and 3 years in a managerial role.
• Very proactive, target-driven and self motivated.
• Proven record of achieving sales target.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proximity to location.
