We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager – Automobile

Location: Banana Island, Lagos

Job Role

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and events.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in respective markets
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good understanding of vehicle features, financing options, and dealership operations.
