Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Sales Executive is in charge of both attracting new clients and upholding relations with current ones.
  • He or she is expected to become knowledgeable about the company’s goods and/or services and to generate sales reports.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives and look for new, efficient ways to increase the patient base at the clinic.
  • Promote the Clinic’s presence and visibility both online (social media platforms) and offline.
  • Find new business opportunities and other medical-specific projects to enhance the Clinic’s expansion.
  • Explain products to clients and provide them with information about their dental health needs.
  • Sell dental products and supplies for the clinic.
  • Organize and execute integrated marketing communications projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Contact prospective customers to learn about their needs and present solutions in order to find new business opportunities.
  • By means of trade shows, exhibitions, fairs, or in-office demonstrations, inform dentists about new product offerings.
  • Conduct an initial consultation with the dentist regarding treatment options and materials, and establish new accounts with new clients.
  • Inform potential clients of the value of routine dental care.
  • Offer outstanding marketing assistance.
  • Work with HMOs to refer patients to the clinic.
  • Visit schools to spread awareness and establish a long-lasting connection with the students.
  • Monitor the Company’s presence on digital platforms and reach out to marketing leads through follow-up and cold calling.
  • Construct and deliver executive reports.
  • Offer outstanding marketing assistance.

Person Specification

  • B. Sc in any related field.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Relationship and client management skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proactive nature.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
