Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing.
• Property Tours: Show homes, land, or commercial spaces to interested buyers.
• Negotiation: Act as the middle person between buyers and sellers to agree on a fair price.
• Market Research: Study local housing trends and competitor prices to advise clients.
• CRM Management: Keep clear records of all client interactions and sales progress in the company database.
• Closing Deals: Help prepare paperwork, coordinate inspections, and finalize payments

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or B.Sc with 5 – 15 years working experience.

Salary
N300,000 – N800,000 per month.
