We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive (Genesis Hotels)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • A Sales/  Marketing Executivedrives company revenue and brand awareness by developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships.
  • They conduct market research, manage campaigns, track sales analytics, and meet KPIs.
  • This role blends promotional activities with direct sales, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement marketing plans (social media, print, digital) to increase brand awareness.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and handle queries.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Research competitor products, analyze market trends, and report on campaign performance.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase products/services.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and collaborate with team members (designers, sales teams) to align on company goals.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Typically a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar sales or marketing role.

Typical Activities:

  • Drafting creative content for advertising.
  • Presenting sales performance reports to management.
  • Following up on leads generated through digital channels.
