We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Katampe District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Real Estate Marketer supports the sales and business development function by generating leads, marketing real estate products, engaging prospective clients, and assisting in closing property sales in line with company targets and policies.

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads for company real estate projects
  • Conduct field marketing, roadshows, inspections, and site visits
  • Educate clients on property features, pricing, and payment plans
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
  • Assist senior marketers in closing sales transactions
  • Ensure all payments and documentation comply strictly with company procedures
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly lead generation: Minimum of 30–50 qualified leads
  • Site inspections: 8–12 per month
  • Sales conversion rate: Minimum 10–15% of generated leads
  • Revenue target: As assigned monthly by Management
  • Reporting compliance: 100% timely submission of reports
  • Policy compliance: Zero tolerance for financial or documentation breaches.

Requirements

  • Resident in Abuja or Rivers State
  • Willingness to engage in active field marketing
  • Ability to meet targets and work under supervision
  • High ethical standards and compliance with company policies.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales
  • Real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Required Skills:

  • Basic sales and negotiation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in the field
  • Integrity and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take supervision.
