We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for Sales Associates who will be responsible for ensuring all sales activities run smoothly, develop, manage and refine a business plan and sales strategy for end user market and ensures attainment of revenue, sales profitability of goals and reviewing and evaluating business procedures ranging from sales deliverables in relation to real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing and selling company’s products in quick succession.
  • Meeting monthly targets agreed and set by the Company.
  • Contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Tracking data to ensure Company meets sales target.
  • Conducting market research on rival products.
  • Supervise subordinates and their deliverables.
  • Designing and implementing marketing plans for Company products.
  • Coordinating with externals, media representatives and sponsors.
  • Working with other members of the team (digital and offline) to implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Visiting strategic places to meet potential clients and generate leads.
  • Interfacing with clients about Company products.
  • Maintaining good business relationship with clients.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports and evaluating results.
  • Submit weekly call plan and daily activity report to supervisor.
  • Any other task as may be assigned by management or supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proven work experience as a sales or marketing representative (Minimum of 2 years work experience in real estate)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of networking and communication skills.
  • Team player who enjoys collaboration with others.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft office especially Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Office suites is compulsory).

Remuneration
N170,000 – N220,000 Monthly.
