Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating leads through marketing activities and converting those leads to sales opportunities.
• He / she will be primarily responsible for driving all revenue generation initiatives.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• He or she must have a proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in relevant field.
• 4 years minimum experience as a Sales professional in the real estate industry/financial institutions,(Banks, insurance company e.t.c).
• A Second class lower (2.2) minimum grade.
• Be proactive, able to identify opportunities and take the initiative to harness them
• Excellent communication skills(Both verbally and written).

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / Month plus other Incentives.
