Job Title: Sales Executive (SaaS – UK Care Sector)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Our client in the Care Technology sector is recruiting for a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to lead software sales to care providers across the United Kingdom.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B SaaS or health-tech sales, with a solid understanding of the UK market.
  • This role is pivotal in driving new business acquisition, expanding market presence, and positioning the company as a trusted technology partner supporting digital transformation within the UK care sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage UK care providers (care homes, home care agencies, supported living organisations, etc.) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, client feedback, and market needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts within CRM systems.
  • Monitor UK care-sector trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS, health-tech, or care technology.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into international markets.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
  • Good understanding of UK care-sector challenges and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with the UK health and social care technology landscape.
