Job Description

• Serve walk-in and online customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, process sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and online customers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Promote solar panels, inverters, batteries, cables and accessories.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Prepare quotations and invoices where required.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle product enquiries professionally.
• Build customer relationships.
• Provide after-sales follow-up

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Experience selling technical products, electronics, electrical products, telecoms, appliances or similar products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and persuasive
• Ability to explain products clearly.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Basic computer/CRM skills are an advantage.
• Solar experience is an added advantage.
