Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

• The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, following up on prospects, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the states.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, develop, and convert leads into active sales.
• Conduct property inspections with prospects.
• Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.
• Maintain strong CRM and documentation of all client interactions.
• Represent the business at exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field.
• 1 – 2 years of sales or customer service experience (real estate advantage).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong follow-up skills and customer service orientation.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
