Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Anthony. Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, parastatals, and state-owned enterprises.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for insurance policies, premiums, and revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue tender opportunities for insurance contracts.
• Collaborate with government officials to design customized insurance solutions.
• Negotiate and secure large-scale insurance deals.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations.
• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to meet targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs.
• Design and implement tailored insurance solutions for corporates.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction.
• Making comparison of the terms in the quotations received from the various insurance companies.
• Negotiating the terms and conditions received from the insurers to meet the client’s requirement.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience.
• Experience in an insurance or brokerage is an additional advantage.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / Month.
