Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kaduna

Job Responsibilities

• Contacting potential and existing customers.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Research prospects and generating leads.
• Establish new business.
• Negotiate contracts and packages.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Work towards monthly or annual targets.
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Promote the organization and products.
• Identify and understand the company’s ideal customers and establish new business. Maintain accurate records.

Requirement & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields with 2 to 4 years cognate experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a paint industry.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Passion for sales and resilience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Meet planned sales goals.
• Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
