Job Title: Sales Executive (Luxury Industry)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Sales Executiveis responsible for building and nurturing relationships with the most prestigious clientele, including Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs). The role requires a keen understanding of luxury sales, client engagement, and ensuring VIP clients receive unparalleled service and personalized attention.
  • Industry Experience [Mandatory]: Candidates with relevant industry backgrounds such as banking (corporate/institutional banking), high-end FMCGs, luxury automobiles, luxury brands, and luxury real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to target and engage UHNI clients, ensuring bespoke experiences and service excellence.
  • Drive sales growth by leveraging existing networks and creating new opportunities within the luxury apparel space.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, attending high-profile events and exclusive gatherings to represent the brand.
  • Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are anticipated and fulfilled.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to offer personalized solutions to VIP clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the brand competitive and desirable among elite clients.

Qualifications

  • 4 years experience in sales within luxury brands, high-end FMCGs, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with UHNIs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets in high-pressure environments.
  • Polished, confident, and professional presence, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively to meet client demands while maintaining brand integrity.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / Month.
